Bingo.com, Inc., operators of the popular free online bingo site Bingo.com, today announced results for its fourth quarter and 2004 fiscal year. The internet bingo portal saw increases in revenue of 42% and 30% for the quarter and the year over all, respectively. Fourth quarter profit was also up 42% compared to 2004's third quarter, making Q4 the second consecutive positive quarter. 2004's net losses fell to $71,640, 70 percent less than last year's $235,491 net loss.
In 2004, Bingo.com, Inc. succeeded in converting all debentures into company stock and also launched a merger with its subsidiary, Bingo.com, Ltd., for the purpose of transferring the company's headquarters from Florida to Anguilla.
Bingo.com offers an array of free multiplayer bingo games, video poker, slots and more. The company earns the majority of its revenue through selling advertising space on the highly trafficked Bingo.com.
