Gala Bingo selected Getronics to provide the management software for refreshments in the 197 casinos and bingo clubs.

Over the next year, Getronics will be implementing the system, which will include a central inventory system for Gala Bingo’s food and drinks and a purchase tracking system, with simple a web-based interface.

The purchase tracking system will allow such improvements as using customer loyalty benefits. The system will also include a wireless system for wait-staff to submit orders, meaning faster food delivery for bingo players. In addition, the menus will be automatically updated as new items are added, or the hall runs out of ingredients.
