Top Ten Holdings, the UK’s third largest bingo chain, has purchased Walker Leisure’s 13 UK bingo clubs. Following the buyout, managing director of Walker's parent company, Westvale Leisure, Graham Kerr, will become the executive director at Top Ten.
The purchase price for the 13 clubs is £5.35 million, and the clubs will continue operating with few changes. With this purchase, Top Ten now operates 37 bingo clubs in the UK, affirming Top Ten’s position as a significant player in the UK’s bingo world.
Alan Weston, joint managing director of Top Ten, confirmed that the clubs would continue operating as usual, saying that he hoped that Top Ten will provide safe, fun bingo games for its new customers for many years.
