A bingo hall in Northern Texas is being sued for violating its contract with bingo supplier Pacific Gaming, Inc. According to Pacific Gaming, the bingo hall had signed an exclusive contract, agreeing not to use any other bingo supplier.
According to the lawsuit, which was filed against Dennis G. Dix and Ed Houk, Fairfield Youth Foundation Bingo Association’s President and Treasurer, the bingo association owes more than $165,000 for using a rival supplier almost a year before Pacific Gaming’s exclusive contract had run out.
The suit will begin in December, and Dix and Houk have declined comment to the press about the lawsuit.
