Opera Bingo just added another big win to their list of National Game wins. A great-grandmother from Whitehaven won £81,670 ($146,458) last week. The woman, 65, who asked to remain anonymous, said that she planned to share her win with a friend who played bingo with her that evening, and to treat her family.

The Whitehaven club has had a string of good luck for the older set. In January, Jean Steele took home £101,000 ($181,123) on her 80th birthday. The three Opera clubs have had a great run of luck since November, with six big National Bingo winners scooping over £440,000. ($789,052)
