A quirky type of bingo has been introduced at the Waukee Fall Festival in Iowa this year – Cow-Pie Bingo. Excitement could be felt by all as the game commenced.
In Cow-Pie bingo, a pen is covered with a mat that has 100 numbers on it. A cow is let in, and the winner is determined according to where the cow's “number 2” lands on. If the cow-pie lands on more than one bingo square, the call-out number is determined by the square with the greatest cow pie mass.
The game continues as long as the cow can take it, or until someone marks 8 numbers off his or her card in this eccentric version of bingo.
The cow-pie bingo event raised $2,500 in ticket sales. The winner received $500, and the remaining $2,000 were donated to the American Cancer Society. |
