GameTech International Inc., a supplier of electronic bingo equipment and hand-held units, announced yesterday that it has reached an agreement with Melance Computer Services Inc., a bingo and casino products company. According to the agreement, the two companies will work to integrate their systems.

GameTech's President and Chief Executive Officer, Jay Meilstrup: "We regard Melange as one of the premier suppliers in the industry and our affiliation with them brings together the two most successful companies in the bingo industry.
