Farmers in the town of Lucban, located in the Philippine province of Quezon, have found an original way to deal with the latest rat infestation problems – rat tail bingo. The bingo social event will be held next month and no cash is needed to purchase the tickets. Provincial Board Member, Eladio Pasamba, constructed the plan, which serves as an incentive for farmers to do away with the rats, which they haven't been able to get rid of otherwise.
The bingo game will take place on December 3rd at the Southern Luzon Polytechnic College gymnasium. The price of each bingo ticket will be 5 rat tails. The money for the bingo prize was donated by Pasamba. |
