Phil Fraser, the managing director of Free Bingo, was reported as saying that the site has two main goals: to expose and attract as many people as possible to the game of bingo, and to provide an outlet where people with a passion for bingo can play the game purely for fun without having to wager real money. To that end, freebingo.com uses a virtual currency called FreeBingo Pounds (FB£). Each FB£ won by players entitles them to one entry into a monthly drawing, in which they can win prizes and other Free Bingo paraphernalia.
