Maria Kelly, 45, had a noisy neighbor. But when she went to complain to noisy neighbor Marciana Snook, the former bingo caller, with whom she used to be friends with, took her ear off for it. Maybe Snook had a particularly bad shift.

According to Kelly's reports, Snook had been ceaselessly banging the door, and when she walked out into the hallway to put an end to the noisy situation, a mean catfight began between the two neighbors. Snook allegedly pushed Kelly to the floor. Kelly retaliated and before she could understand what was going on, Snook had bitten a piece of her ear off. She then chewed on it a little bit before spitting it out. The Police could not locate the missing ear for a good couple of hours.

Snook pleaded guilty and a Cardiff Crown Court Judge sentenced her to 12 months of prison and a 2 year suspension. Kelly has since moved to a different location.
