5 lb boned roast 1 c ketchup 1 c barbecue sauce 1 c water 1 onion, chopped 2 1/2 ts vinegar 2 ts worcestershire sauce 1 garlic powder, salt, and 1 pepper to taste
Instructions
Place meat in roasting pan or dutch oven. Mis all ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook for at least 5 hours at 300F or utnil meat flakes off into pieces and becomes part of the sauce.
