I mix the dressing in a small jar before putting it on the salad... Most bottled salad dressing provides nutritional info for a 2 tbsp. serving, but 2 tbsps. is never enough for me, so I stretch it with the lemon juice (and add some extra zing!). Also, I have yet to find a fat-free dressing that I like straight from the bottle...so, I mix it with some low-fat stuff.
