Ingredients/n/n(4 servings)/n/n2/3 lb Lean pork meat /nOil /n1 ts Ginger powder /n1 Clove of garlic /n7 oz Pods /n1 tb Sesame seed /n2 tb Catsup /n2 tb Red wine vinegar /n2 tb Sugar /n12 Cherry tomatoes /nSalt /n/n/nInstructions/n/nCut the meat in very small strips, fry the meat in the hot oil in a wok, constantly stirring, add after 1 minute the gingerpowder en pressed garlic and stir-fry another 2 minutes, add the pods, sesamseed, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and tiny tomatoes, stir-fry another 2 minutes, add salt to taste. Serve.
