30-Min Herbed Pork Cutlets
Ingredients /n/n 1 egg/n 1/3 c dry bread crumbs/n 1/4 c fresh basil, chopped/n 2 tb fresh oregano, chopped/n 1 tb parmesan, fresh grated/n 1 ts fresh thyme, chopped/n 1/2 ts pepper/n 1/4 ts salt/n 1 lb fast-fry pork cutlets/n 2 tb vegetable oil/n/nInstructions/n/nIn shallow dish, lightly beat egg. In separate shallow dish, stir/ntogether bread crumbs, basil, oregano, Parmesan, thyme, pepper and/nsalt. Dip pork into egg to coat well; press into bread crumb mixture,/nturning to coat all over./n/nIn large skillet, heat half of the oil. over medium heat; cook pork,/nin batches and adding remaining oil if necessary, turning once, for/n8-10 minutes or until just a hint of pink remains inside. Serve with/nnew red potatoes and yellow beans.
