Ingredients /n/n 2 lbs pork loin/n 4 tbsps lard/n 6 dried ancho chiles/n 2 onions/n 2 cloves garlic/n 1/2 ts oregano/n 1 bay leaf/n 4 tbsps vinegar/n 2 c meat stock/n 2 onions; for garnish/n 3 avocado/n 1 bn radishes/n salt and pepper/n/nInstructions/n/nCook the pork with one onion, salt and pepper. Toast chile slightly,/nsoak and grind with an onion, the garlic and oregano. Saute the mixture/nin lard. Add cooked meat, 2 cups of stock, vinegar and bay leaf. Let/nsimmer until the sauce (adobo) is thick and coats meat thoroughly. Serve/nin paltter garnished with water-soaked onion slices, strips of avocado/nand radish flowers
