Ingredients /n/n 1 tb vegetable oil/n 2 pork chops (3/4)/n 1/4 c chopped onions/n 1/2 apple, diced/n 1/2 cn veg-all mixed vegetables (16/n - oz)/n 1/2 cn chicken broth (12 oz)/n 1/2 tb sugar/n 2/3 c quick cooking rice/n/nInstructions/n/n1. Brown pork chops in oil in heavy skillet./n/n2. Stir in onions and apple. Cover and cook 10 minutes./n/n3. Drain VEG-ALL, reserving liquid./n/n4. Stir in liquid, chicken broth and sugar; bring to boil. Reduce/nheat and simmer until pork chops are cooked, approximately 25/nminutes. Remove chops./n/n5. Bring liquid to boil; stir in vegetables and rice. Remove from/nheat and let stand 5 minutes./n/n6. Serve pork chops on rice.
