1/2 c light mayonnaise 4 ts lemon juice 1 ts dijon mustard 1/4 ts pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1 green onion, chopped 1 lb large frozen cooked shrimp, -thawed
Instructions
In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper; garlic and green onion. (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.) Serve with shrimp. Makes 8 servings.
