1 cn (7 oz) tuna; drained - -optional 1/2 c walnuts 1 lemon's rind 1 ts worcestershire sauce 1/4 c chopped parsley 4 fresh basil leaves 1/2 c olive oil 1/2 ts salt 1/4 ts pepper 1 lb penne pasta
Instructions
Put tuna, walnuts, lemon rind, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil, oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture, coating pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
