2 ea chickens, about 2-1/2 pound, 1 cut into eighths 1 onion, chopped 2 of garlic, chopped 1 salt & white pepper to taste 1 ea green pepper, diced 1 md very ripe tomato, peeled, 1 seeded and chopped 1 c dry white wine 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cover pot and set at Low. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender. YIELD: Serves 6 to 8
