Well tonight I fix my very own" Shirt tail Chicken " this stuff is great...... I fix it on the webber with indirect cooking I take chicken thighs and pull the skin up and coat with paprika and garlic powder and salt and pepper...... I make a shake of it
note: you can add a little red pepper to kick it up a little " WHAM "
Cover the bear skin and then pull it skin back over to cover....... Or its" Shirt Tail " then put in the webber and smoke/bake for 50 to 60 minutes....... depending on the the size of the thighs you may have to cook and extra 15 minutes this stuff is great.... at least I like it ! ! !
