Budding online bingo software provider World Bingo League, known until recently as Trade Zap, announced that it plans to begin trading its common shares in the coming days. World Bingo League also announced that it successfully completed the non-brokered private placement of 500,000 common shares. The pre-market price was set at USD $0.50, worth USD $250,000 in total proceeds.
The recently conceived World Bingo League has plans to develop bingo software for online bingo sites. World Bingo League has promised to designate a percentage of each purchase to an external trust organization managed by international community leaders. Marketing for World Bingo League software is expected to begin this year.
